Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy at our Princeton Junction center. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized treatment plans one-on-one with children.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20/hr along with medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, paid holidays, PTO, and weekly pay. This temporary position provides opportunities for growth within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months experience with children; ABA preferred.
• Able to stand, sit, lift and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BTs/RBTs and other staff.
