Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients and help them reach developmental milestones. The role offers paid training, supportive supervision, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include data collection, direct ABA service delivery, and caregiver support. Flexible part-time and full-time options are available, with potential weekend shifts to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability: At least 15 hours available during afternoons and evenings (typically 3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel time compensation).
• Requirements: Pass criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment exam, and provide proof of immunity to MMR and Varicella.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in various settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and complete sessions as scheduled.
