Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life.

You will partner with a Supervisor/BCBA, deliver direct ABA services, collect data, and support families in various settings including home, school, and clinic. The role offers paid training, career growth, and flexible schedules with both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• 6 months of related experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Able to pass background checks and immunizations as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision from a BCBA/ Supervisor.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other locations with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and complete timecards and notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs and adhere to ethical standards.
