Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life.

You will deliver direct ABA services under supervision, collect session data, and support families across home, school, and community settings. Flexible part-time and full-time options may apply, with paid training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Availability of at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm range).
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services under supervision (Supervisor/BCBA).
• Collect data on goals during sessions per treatment plan.
• Work across settings (home, community, school, clinic) with clients with autism.
• Address behaviors using positive behavior support methods.
• Assist with caregiver training and support as needed.
• Attend sessions on time and submit timely notes/timecards.
