Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental goals and improve quality of life. You will gain hands-on experience in behavioral health, with supervision, paid training, and opportunities for BCBA hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities (preferred).
• Availability of at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (travel compensated).
• Criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment exam, and immunization proof (MMR/Varicella).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions per the treatment plan.
• Work across home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism.
• Address problem behaviors using positive support strategies.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Arrive on time and end sessions promptly.
• Submit timecards and clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA.
• Follow ethical ABA standards and company procedures.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps and shadowing.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Currently enrolled in college or has completed some college coursework
