Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will implement ABA services under supervision, collect data, and coordinate with families in various settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• At least 15 hours available in afternoons/evenings; sessions typically 3:00 pm–8:00 pm.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance; travel compensation provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work with individuals with autism or related disabilities in various settings.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Punctual arrival and session completion; timely timecards and notes.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs; adhere to ethics and policies.
• Assist with new hire training and shadowing.
