Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to work one‑on‑one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will deliver ABA services under supervision, collect session data, and collaborate with a team to support families.

The role offers paid training, weekday and potential weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth, including BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities; direct experience preferred.
• Availability of at least 15 hours weekly in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm typically).
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
• Criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment Fit for Duty exam, and immunization proof (MMR/Varicella).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision by a BCBA/ Supervisor.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per the treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support strategies.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and complete sessions; submit timecards and notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs; follow all ABA ethics and company policies.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires through overlaps and shadowing.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

Currently enrolled in college or has completed some college coursework
