Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients and help them reach developmental milestones. You will deliver direct ABA services under supervision, collect data, and support families in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience with disabilities or relevant exposure.
• At least 15 hours available afternoons/evenings (3:00–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (travel paid).
• Criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment exam required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work in homes, communities, schools, clinics with clients.
• Address behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Assist with caregiver training.
• Submit timecards and notes on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training.
