Alora Behavioral Health invites you to join as an ABA Behavior Technician to support clients in reaching developmental milestones and improving quality of life. You will work one-on-one, gaining hands-on experience in behavioral health, with opportunities for growth and BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months with individuals with disabilities (preferred).
• Availability: 15 hours in afternoons/evenings; 3:00–8:00 pm window.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other settings with individuals with autism.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training by overlaps/shadowing.
