Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients to help them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will deliver ABA services under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA in various settings including home, school, and clinic.

The role offers paid training, supportive supervision, flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time options) and potential BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: currently enrolled in college or has completed some college coursework.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities (direct experience preferred).
• Availability of at least 15 hours per week in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm typical).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance; travel compensation provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under the direction of a Supervisor/BCBA.
• Collect data on goals throughout sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or related settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support strategies.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time for sessions and complete timecards and notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies.
