Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is looking for an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life across home, school, clinic, or community settings.

The role includes a paid training program, flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time, with weekend shifts possible), and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours for qualified candidates. Benefits include paid sick leave and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months' work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability of at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel time compensated).
• Must pass criminal background check, TB tests, and pre-employment exam; provide proof of immunity as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work in home, school, clinic, or community settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver training and support as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with onboarding and overlaps for new hires.
