Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Preferred: student status or some college coursework.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and complete sessions per policy.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical ABA service delivery standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training through overlap/shadowing.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

Currently enrolled in college / some college coursework
