Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients to help them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. The role offers hands-on experience in behavioral health, paid training, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team.

The position supports flexible part-time and full-time options with evening sessions, and potential BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates. Compensation ranges from $21.00/hour to $25.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: currently in college or some college coursework.
• Minimum 6 months experience with individuals with disabilities or related exposure.
• Availability: at least 15 hours in afternoons and evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision/BCBA.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other locations with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time for sessions and complete timecards/notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical standards and company procedures.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps/shadowing.

Education

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent

Currently enrolled in college / completed some college coursework
