Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to support clients in achieving developmental milestones and improving quality of life. You will work one-on-one with individuals on the autism spectrum in home, school, or clinic settings, following a treatment plan under supervision.

The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling (afternoon/evening hours), and opportunities for growth including BCBA supervision hours for eligible candidates, as well as continued staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on client goals during sessions.
• Work in home, school, clinic, or community settings with individuals with autism.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Submit timecards and notes per policy; liaise with Supervisors/BCBAs.
