Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Availability afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation with license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client support and ABA therapy.
• Deliver therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and staff.
