ABA Centers of New Jersey, Mount Laurel, NJ, seeks a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT). Starting pay is $23.50/hour for RBTs and $21.25/hour for BTs, with final compensation based on experience and credentials.

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement are offered, along with an ABA Academy to prepare for the RBT exam. Join a growing ABA provider delivering in-home, school, and community therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old with 1 year experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect and document session data.
