Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time work in Mount Laurel, NJ. Starting rates are $23.50/hour for RBTs and $21.25/hour for BTs, with final compensation based on experience and credentials.

Training and career advancement opportunities are provided. We support those pursuing BACB certification and offer paid training, mentorship, and a structured path to RBT certification, plus access to tuition scholarships for ABA

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Experience with ABA services or related field preferred.
• Ability to collect, organize, and document session data.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: assist with ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in training.
• Support operations with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
