Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Monmouth Junction, NJ. This full-time position requires afternoon to evening availability on weekdays and some weekend shifts, with paid training and strong growth opportunities.

Starting rates are $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and credentials.

Qualifications

• Availability for afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and driving license may be required.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Work with BCBAs, team members and families; participate in meetings and trainings.
