Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Monmouth Junction, NJ, is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time afternoon-evening and weekend shifts. The role delivers Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics, teaching communication, social and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs, with higher rates for RBTs, and comprehensive paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
