Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics in Monmouth Junction, NJ. You will work under BCBA supervision and participate in ongoing training as part of a structured growth path.

Starting pay for BTs is $22.25/hour, with higher rates for RBTs; final compensation depends on experience and credentials. Availability includes weekdays 3:00 PM–8:00 PM and weekend options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be 21+ with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

21+ years old; 1 year experience with children/healthcare/related field (NJ)
