Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for full-time roles in Mount Laurel, NJ. The position offers pathways for paid training, mentorship, and advancement within our ABA program.

Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and credentials. Join a growing team dedicated to high-quality ABA therapy and positive outcomes for individuals with autism

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
