The role involves direct client support, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision, with start rates of $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and must be available weekday afternoons and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to participate in training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
