Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is hiring Part-Time Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) in Mount Laurel, NJ. This role supports clients with in-home, school, and community ABA therapy, following BCBA-supervised treatment plans.

Training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification are provided, with pay rates starting at $23.50/hour for RBTs and $21.25/hour for BTs. Required availability includes Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have at least 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect, organize, and document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
