Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2-12, following behavior support plans and collecting data. You’ll work under the BCBA, communicating progress to caregivers and supporting therapy goals in a center setting.

The role offers growth opportunities through Propel and the chance to advance toward BCBA or Lead positions as part of a supportive team with comprehensive benefits and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
• Assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Maintain and acquire functional and technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
• Follow BACB guidelines.
• Work towards becoming an RBT if not already.
