Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Massachusetts is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–12. The role emphasizes natural play, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision in a fun, supportive environment.

We offer extensive on-the-job training, paid time off, full benefit packages, and a structured Propel career path toward Team Lead and BCBA roles. Schedule is non-travel, Monday–Friday with consistent hours.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience with tasks requiring attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to adapt to changing needs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data, and write therapy notes.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding progress.
• Assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Maintain and acquire knowledge through required trainings.
• Follow BACB guidelines and ethics.
• Work toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Foster a positive working environment and team spirit.
