Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in New Jersey to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-12, under supervision. The role emphasizes natural play, data collection, and collaboration with families and the BCBA in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data and write therapy notes.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding progress.
• Assist BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Attend required trainings; meet BACB guidelines.
