Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking dedicated Behavioral Technicians to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in homes, clinics, and schools. The role supports BCBAs, tracks progress, and maintains accurate session data while working with families and teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Available afternoons and evenings, with possible weekends/holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support in ABA therapy at home, school, community, or clinic.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
