Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment under supervision in various settings, including CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. This role supports patients and families, providing direct care and collecting progress data.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and CARD training; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA treatment under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback into sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment and HIPAA compliance.
• Seek growth opportunities to ensure clinical excellence.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
