Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment under supervision. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans in diverse settings such as CARD centers, clients' homes, schools, or via telehealth, while collecting accurate progress data and maintaining a supportive environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and passing CARD training; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program including written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in a 1:1 or group environment.
• Provide treatment that meets CARD’s clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from the Clinical Supervisor during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional ethics.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
