Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA treatment under supervision across CARD centers, homes, schools, or via telehealth. You’ll implement treatment plans, collect data, and ensure high-quality care while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
• Record and review patient progress with accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
• Apply feedback from Clinical Supervisor in sessions to ensure quality care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and records.
