Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA-based treatment across various settings including center, home, school, and telehealth. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to implement treatment plans designed to improve skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Record and review data on patient progress with accuracy.
• Follow Clinical Supervisor feedback during treatment sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders.
