Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs under clinical supervision. Responsibilities include direct treatment, data collection, and adherence to CARD standards across settings such as the center, homes, schools, or telehealth as needed.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and CARD training; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training and exam.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 or small group ABA treatment under supervision.
• Ensure treatment meets CARD quality standards.
• Collect data on patient progress with accuracy.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback into sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Document records timely and accurately.
• Travel to multiple sites (center, home, school) as needed.
