Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision across centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. You will work with CARD patients and families, delivering interventions designed to acquire skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

You will report to the Operations Manager, maintain accurate records, and communicate professionally with families and colleagues while adhering to HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or small group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review feedback from Clinical Supervisor and implement it in sessions.
