Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under a Clinical Supervisor. Roles include 1:1 or small group sessions across CARD centers, patients' homes, schools, or telehealth, with data collection and fidelity to treatment protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and a safe environment.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
