Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) in Tucson is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs under clinical supervision. The role spans multiple settings including CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth, with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collect data, apply supervisor feedback, and communicate compassionately with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with autism preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment 1:1 or in small groups.
• Collect and record patient progress data with high fidelity.
• Review supervisor feedback and apply it in sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Represent CARD professionally and adhere to policies.
