Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment under supervision across centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. You will support skill acquisition and behavior reduction, collect data, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Maintain data collection with high fidelity.
• Follow Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records.
• Represent CARD professionally and ethically.
