Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment programs under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. Duties may occur at CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, the community, or via telehealth with flexible, part-time schedules.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, completion of CARD Training (exam and field evaluation), and an interest in ASD care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program (exam & field evaluation).
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups under supervision.
• Record and review patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
