Job summary

The Constellation Health Services in Magnolia, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision. The role involves data collection, 1:1 and small-group sessions, and parent training to support child progress.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a human services field and 1 year of direct relevant experience with youth/families.
• OR an associate’s degree (60 college credits) and 2 years of direct relevant experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teach targeted behaviors using reward systems and incidental training.
• Record and track data from training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with administrators, parents and community members.
• Ensure child safety and document progress with goals and objectives.
• Facilitate transitions between programs and services as needed.
• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
