Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited university.
• OR Associate's degree (60 credits) with at least two years of direct relevant experience.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using specialized techniques.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions.
• Reinforces positive behavior with children on caseload.
• Communicates with administrators, parents and community members.
• Maintains accurate documentation of interventions and goals.
