Job summary

Constellation Health Services seeks a Behavioral Technician to deliver ABA-based instruction and behavior reduction plans for children with autism across home, clinic, school, and community settings. You will collect data, monitor progress, and support parent training under a BCBA supervision.

The role requires 21+ age, a human services degree (bachelor or associate with experience), strong organizational and communication skills, and the Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management.
• Associate’s degree (60 college credits) and a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using ABA techniques.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions.
• Communicates with parents and administrators about progress.
• Provides direct client care 1:1 and in group settings.
• Ensures child safety and facilitates transitions between agencies and programs.
