Job summary

Constellation Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Technician to deliver clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols for children with Autism and related developmental disabilities across home, community, clinic, and school settings. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university and one year of direct relevant experience.
• Alternatively, an associate’s degree with two years of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement intervention strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach targeted behaviors using reinforcement, incidental teaching, and pivotal response training.
• Record and summarize data from training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with administrators, parents, and community members.
• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings with intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Ensure child safety and manage transitions between agencies as service provision changes.
• Collect data and assist with parent training aligned with treatment protocols.
