Constellation Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on Applied Behavior Analysis. You will work with children with autism in homes, communities, clinics and schools under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, assist with parent training, and implement interventions using direct therapy and natural environment training. The role involves 1:1 and group settings with flexible schedules.

Competenze

• 21 years of age and up.
• A bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one year of direct relevant experience.
• OR an associate’s degree and a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using specialized techniques and reward systems.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions.
• Reinforces positive behavior with children on caseload.
• Communicates effectively with administrators, parents and community members.
• Provides accurate documentation of intervention, goals and objectives.
• Facilitates transitions between agencies and programs as service provision changes.
• Identifies emergency situations and ensures child safety.
• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings with intensive teaching.
• Follow prescribed behavior skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per individualized treatment protocols.
• Communicate progress to parents/caregivers as instructed by BCBA.
• Will perform other duties as assigned.
