Constellation Health Services seeks a Behavioral Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis-based instruction and behavior-reduction programs for children with autism and related disabilities. You will collect data, document progress, and support parent training in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a human services field required.
• Associate's degree with two years of relevant experience acceptable.
• Experience with youth and families needing behavior management preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions.
• Reinforces positive behavior and communicates progress to families.
• Facilitates transitions between agencies and programs as service provision changes.
• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings following protocols.
