Job summary

Constellation Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Technician to deliver ABA-based interventions in homes, clinics, schools, and communities. You will collect data, implement strategies under BCBA supervision, and train parents to support behavior reduction goals.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, effective communication with families and professionals, and maintaining client safety across settings. Prior RBT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university and one year of direct relevant experience.
• Or an associate’s degree (60 college credits) and a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.
• 21 years of age and older.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using behavioral techniques.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions.
• Reinforces positive behavior with children on caseload.
• Communicates effectively with administrators, parents and community members.
• Provides accurate documentation of intervention goals and objectives.
• Facilitates transitions between agencies and programs as service provision changes.
• Collects, records, and summarizes data on observable client behavior.
