Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide direct one-on-one ABA services under supervision, helping clients reach developmental goals and improve quality of life. You will work in various settings, collect data, and implement behavior support plans with families and caregivers.

The role offers paid training, supportive supervision, and flexible part-time or full-time options with possible weekend shifts. Opportunities for BCBA supervision hours may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled in college or completed some coursework preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability: at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings, sessions typically 3:00 pm–8:00 pm.
• Age 18+; valid driver's license and auto insurance; travel compensation provided.
• Background checks and pre-employment screenings including TB tests, Fit for Duty, and immunization proof (MMR/Varicella) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervisor/BCBA guidance.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support strategies.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Attend sessions on time; complete timecards and clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical ABA service delivery standards and company policies.
• Support new hire training with overlaps and shadowing.
