Job summary
Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will deliver direct ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA and collaborate with care teams.
The role offers paid training, flexible part-time and full-time options, afternoon/evening sessions (3:00 pm–8:00 pm), travel compensation, and opportunities including BCBA supervision hours for eligible candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 6 months with individuals with disabilities
- Availability: 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3–8 pm)
- Age: 18+
- Driver's license with valid auto insurance (travel compensation)
- Background check, TB test, Fit for Duty, immunities (MMR and Varicella) required
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct ABA services under supervision
- Collect data on goals during sessions
- Work in home, community, school, clinic with individuals with autism or related disabilities
- Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques
- Assist with caregiver support and training
- Arrive on time for sessions and submit timecards/notes on time
- Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs
- Follow ethical standards and company policies
- Assist with new hire training
