Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, delivering direct ABA services under supervision. You will collect progress data, operate in home, community, school, clinic settings, and support caregivers as needed.

The role offers paid training, potential BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates, flexible part-time and full-time options, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: currently enrolled in college or has completed some college coursework.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under the direction of a Supervisor/BCBA.
• Collect data on goals throughout the session as set forth in the treatment plan.
• Work in various settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes for each session on time per company policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow all ethical standards related to ABA service delivery and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with new hire training by providing overlaps and shadowing opportunities.
