Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients to help them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. The role offers paid training, flexible part-time and full-time options, and the chance to grow through BCBA supervision hours.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA services under supervision, data collection, and collaborating with supervisors and families across home, school, and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Currently enrolled in college preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability of at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; travel compensation provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work with clients in home, community, school, clinic locations.
• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Attend sessions punctually and submit timecards and notes on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethics and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training through shadowing.
