Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders in Visalia, CA is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join a founder-owned, mission-driven team. You will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatments under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor across home, clinic, school, or telehealth settings.

This role emphasizes data collection, HIPAA compliance, compassionate care, and ongoing personal growth through CARD Training and a clear path to advanced positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with written exam and field evaluation.
• ASD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Represent CARD professionally and adhere to policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
