Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment programs across centers, homes, schools, and telehealth settings. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction with CARD patients and families.

Requirements include a high school diploma and CARD training; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program including exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
• Record and review patient progress data with high fidelity.
• Follow supervisor feedback to ensure clinical excellence in sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct at all times.
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively with families.
